Terms and Conditions

  • All items hired by Event bliss South Africa are hired on the following conditions.
  •  The items must be handled with care at times.The items must be returned back in the condition they were received in.
  • Unless agreed by Event bliss, all letters/numbers are for INDOOR use only.
  • All prices listed on the website do not include delivery and collection, except for the hire of 3+ numbers/letters.  Free Delivery and collection is only up to 20kM from our offices in 893 Alverstoke Avenue, Strubens Vally
  • If a late night collection is required this is an extra charge, which will be added to your quote and invoice
  • Our delivery and collection times are from 07:00AM-11:30PM, any delivery and collection outside of this time will incur a surcharge

 

*PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU HAVE ACCEPTED AND PAID A EVENT BLISS INVOICE. YOU AGREE TO PAY ALL  QUOTED FEES IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED IN YOUR POSSESSION. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT AND NON NEGOTIABLE*

All Event bliss items are under your responsibility and care once they are in your possession and delivered. A damaged items cost must be paid in full and into the Event bliss business account.

Security deposit

A minimum security deposit of R500 is required for items hired, the security deposit charged is dependant on the item hired. Once the items have returned in the state when hired t, the deposit will be returned in full. If the item is damaged the full amount or a portion of the deposit will be claimed by Event bliss

Day before event delivery/ pre-setup fees:

If you would like for Event bliss to drop your hired items off the day before your intended event , please be informed that Event bliss will charge the day as a full days of hire. This is due to the item needing to be booked off for the day and being of non-use due to your early delivery requirements.

PRIVACY POLICY

Event bliss will use the data given to us to produce your order.

We will not share this information with any other third parties. However, may contact you from time to time by email with new offers. The offers are not exclusive to the email list and can apply to others that you may know

This information includes- your name, address (for postage),and your email address.
The data that you provide will be used to fulfil your booking, which we will keep on file for 6 years- unless you specify otherwise.

COLLECT & RETURN

Event bliss does not allow collection of any of the items on the website. Event bliss will be responsible for the delivery and collection of the items at the agreed time. Delivery and collection is to be included in your quote or invoice.

Cancellation

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total quote is required to secure the hire items.

Our items are unique and one of a kind, therefore once you have booked them, we can’t offer them to another client. Please note in any case of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event will be charged the full amount.

The final balance is due at least 14 days prior to your event date or earlier if you wish. Please note all money paid up front is non-refundable and acts as your deposit. Cancellation after your booking has been made will incur a percentage fee of the total paid.

Less than ONE year 50% of the amount paid

Less than SIX months 75% of the amount paid

Less than TWO months 100% of the amount paid
